New to BBGsite Forums(BBS)?
Don't panic. We're here to help. Our Forum is a part of BBGsite.com, or you can say it's a BBS. The "MMO" stands for Massively Multi-player Online. And BBS stands for Bulletin Board Service -- one of many slang terms used by people writing a post for a BBS. Oh, and "post" refers to the words you submit when you contribute to a BBS topic. "Topic" refers, of course, to the subject being discussed... Oh dear. It all sounds very complicated, doesn't it? But trust us. Getting to grip with a BBS is a lot easier than it sounds. And there are really only a few things you need to know. The best way to learn is to simply get stuck in and see what happens. 1. Why should I register?
In order to fully utilize the abilities of this forum, the administrator will probably require that you register as a member. Registration is free, and allows you to do the following: Post new threads, Reply to other peoples' threads, Edit your posts, Send email to other members of the forum.

2. How to register?
To register, you only have to specify a username, nickname, password, and a valid email address. You will login BBGsite with your username, but the name appearing on the forum will be your nickname. So, other users can only see your nickname but not your username. Entering your email address will not leave you open to 'spam', and messages sent to you via email do not reveal your address to the sender in any case. (To verify this, you can try sending an email message to another user.) The administrator may have configured the forum to send you the final part of the registration process by email, so ensure that the email address you provide is valid and working. (Can't receive the active mail?) And the registration page is as shown below:

3. How can I log in after registration?
Enter your Username and Password at the top of the forum and click Sign In to log into the forum. If you would like the site to always log you in automatically, please tick Remember Me. If you can't login and your browser is Firefox. I suggest you to press Ctrl+ Shift+ Delete to clear cache, and try again.

4. What is Avatar for?
There are 292 avatars available in the forum, so just select anyone you like. When you make a post, other members will see your avatar. You can also choose to use your own pic as your avatar after you have posted more than 20 forum points. Click here for more info about avatar customization.

5. What is Signature for?
Signature is your personalized design you add below your post. However, to utilize this function, your forum points must reach 30.

6. How can I modify my profile?
Click User Panel beside your nickname at the top of the forum to modify your profile.
6.1 How to modify publicly viewable information?
It’s simple and easy. Just click Modify My Profile, and you’ll get a popup window, select the fields you want to modify, delete the content and type in your new info, and then click Submit.
6.2 How to change my Avatar?
You can change your avatar on the Modify My Profile page.
6.3 How to modify my signature?
If you have made more than 30 posts, you can modify your personal signature. Click Modify Signature, delete the old signature and add your new signature. If you are modifying a pic signature, remember to add the pic in the following format:

(PS: www.pictures.com/pics.jpg” is the address of your pic.).Click Submit and you’ll get a popup window saying“Congratulations! The signature has been successfully modified.”
6.4 How to change my password?
If you want to change your password, you may click Modify Password, and and type in your old password and new password following the instructions.

7.What can I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can click Forget Password beside Sign Up. Enter the email you provided while registering the forum account and click NEXT. Check your mailbox.

8. How to reset my account for the forum?
I clicked Remember Me with the wrong password and now you I can’t even connect to the forum. How to reset my account for the forum?
Please clean your cookies in your IE (or Fire-fox): Open IE explorer--->Select "Tool" on the menu bar----> Internet Options---->Delete Cookies. Then go back to http://forum.bbgsite.com, login again with the right username and password.

9. Posting issues
9.1 How to post a new thread?
That’s quite simple. Click “new thread” you’ll get a popup window like this
And then you can type whatever you want to post to forum. But take care not to break the rules in our forum. ( Click here to read BBGsite Forum Rules.)
9.2 How to post a reply to the thread?
You want to post a reply to the thread? Ok, you’ve got two methods to post a reply. The first one: Look at the end of thread page. You can find a textbox, and type what you want to say in the thread into the textbox, and click Add Reply. The second one: Click post reply, you will get a popup window like this:
Then type the words you wan to say in the thread into the textbox, and click Submit. And take care not to break the rules in our forum.( Click here to read BBGsite Forum Rules.)

10. How to change forum skin?
If you get bored with the default blue skin, you can change it into any other color. It’s simple and easy. Just click on any of the five color blocks on the right below the leaderboard, and the forum skin will change into what you desire.

11. What does my rank medal indicate?
The rank medal is related to the number of posts you have made. The following table will give you a clear idea ^-^.

12. What is forum point and how to earn forum point?
Point is a kind of virtual reward you receive from BBGsite by participating in the activities in different sections of BBGsite, including Forum, Answer, etc. As the name suggests, forum point is related to the forum. You can earn forum point in many ways, for instance, posting a thread will earn you 2 forum points, replying to a thread will earn you 1 forum and a sticky post will earn you 4 forum points, etc. The more active you are in the forum, the more forum points you will earn.

13. What is BBG Gold?
BBGgold is the main currency used on BBGsite, and can be used in a number of ways. It was created as a way for users of BBGsite to be able to earn something for everything they do on the site. It works as real money does in the real world.

14. How can I get BBG Gold?
The BBGgold earned through forum posts is earned indirectly, through means of "forum points". When you have 50 or more forum points you are able to trade your forum points in for BBGgold, with 50 forums points earning 1 BBGgold. Each reply you make in the forums will earn you 1 forum point, every topic you start will earn you 2 points, and every topic you create that is " Classic" will earn you 4 forum points.

16. I can't receive the active E-mail, what should I do?
If you can't receive the activation email, you can send an activation email to your mailbox again. Please click User Panel beside your nickname at the top of the forum, and clickModify My Profile in the popup window. Then if your e-mail havent been activated yet , you'll see a sentence: Please activate your account. Click it then you'll get a popup window:
Then click "send me the activation email again" button. And if you can't receive the email either, I suggest you to change another mailbox to get a try (How ), or you can contact our forum admin: Daimon_Hunter or Fintie.

17. How to change my Email?
If you want to change your email, Please click User Panel beside your nickname at the top of the forum, and click Modify My Profile in the popup window. You will get in the page:
