Q2: Where is HttpWatch installed?
A: After installation, HttpWatch will be loaded to your browser automatically. Now let's find the location of HttpWatch in different browsers.
Case 1: In IE 6.0, you can find it on the upper right corner.
Case 2: In IE 7.0 or 8.0, You need to click on the toolbar chevrons (>>) before clicking on the HttpWatch button: (If the HttpWatch button is not in the IE command bar you can use the Tools->Toolbars->Customize... menu item to make it visible)
Case 3: In Firefox, you can find it on the pull-down menu under Tools.
Q3: How do I clear the cache in IE and Firefox?
A: Before testing, you need to clear your browser's cache, then you can start testing. In the following, we'll show you how to clear IE or Firefox cache.

Q4: How do I use HttpWatch?
A: Let's take Firefox as an example to show you how to use HttpWatch. Click HttpWatch Professional.
Step 1: Click the “record” button at the lower left corner to prepare for the record.
Step 2: Enter target site's URL in the address bar, for example, bbgsite.com.
When the loading status of the page shows "Done"
Full size, that means the testing on this site has completed once. Take note for the statistics that were generated. For example, elapsed time is “15.624”
Step 3: Repeat Step 2 again twice. Through the records we can see that the second recorded time is "14.716". The third time is “19.174” .
Finally, click "Save" to have test results in the directory. These are the test results that you need to submit to us.
Q5: How do I start another round of testing?
A: First, you need to click "Stop" button to halt the recording and then click "Clear" to purge the test data recorded last time. And then click "Record" again and enter a new site URL, for example, bbgsite.com. Likewise, we need to do the test procedure 3 times as stated. At the end, click "Save" to store the second test results in the directory once the third time is recorded.
